CityAxis Autumn 2015 Review

September 2015

CityAxis continues its sensational recovery.

We are particularly pleased with the growing number of major new projects, especially in the Private and Free School Educational sectors.

By the end of the year, CityAxis will have successfully completed approximately £16 Million worth of School Building projects (circa 2,000 student places), throughout London and the Greater London Area, as well as a growing number of Commercial projects, mainly in the Central and Docklands areas of London.

ALMA PRIMARY SCHOOL, Barnet - 15,000 sq. ft. – full "Design Manage Construct"

HALLEY HOUSE FREE SCHOOL, Hackney, E8 – 25,000 sq. ft. – full "Design Manage Construct"

Commercial Projects:

SUNGARD – bidding for major main office refurbishment

CITIGROUP – bidding for T. Points refurbishment on all floors of Head Office building

WALL STREET SYSTEMS, The Gherkin – bidding for full refurbishment of their 16th floor.

Despite a growing scarcity of labour and materials created by a burgeoning construction market, CityAxis is confident to complete all projects successfully on time and on budget.

At CityAxis we continue to develop our intensive pre-construction appraisal approach, which leads infallibly into a smooth construction phase with risk liability much reduced.

The CityAxis portfolio keeps on growing with no project too big or too small, and we look forward to continuing our expansion into all sectors.

Check our updated Case Study for more information on our current and completed projects.
