CityAxis was responsible for the Design, Management and Construction of 70,000 square feet of commercial office space in Bow Bells House, Cheapside. The scheme included full IT, Mechanical and Electrical services design. It was managed by CiyAxis working closely with Icelandic Designers backed by CityAxis appointed architects.

This exciting high standard CityAxis majoring on sustainable building materials of Cat A and full Cat B, included a spectacular reception space, commercial kitchen, auditorium and trading floor.

Regretably the work remains in suspension following the collapse of Landsbanki two weeks prior to practical completion.

South Mimms: Control Centre (14,000 sq ft)

Working closely with W.S.Atkins and Balfour Beatty design team, CityAxis have just completed a detailed management and construction project in South Mimms. The extreme fast-track works involved piling and structural mezzanine works prior to a full detailed Cat A + B office construction within a storage depot shed.

Having successfully completed 90,000 sq ft on floors 38 to 40 in Citi Group centre, CityAxis have just completed the Design, Management and Construction of a further 20,000 sq ft on the 41st level.

This very high standard of majoring on sustainable building materials was completed in May 2009.

Gough Square, London EC4 – 4000 sq ft

This exciting fast-track, Cat B project on the fourth floor of this building in Gough Square was the third project City Axis completed for this client.

This exciting and complex project incorporated 68 different boundary agreements with surrounding residential and commercial neighbours and the Design, Management and Construction of an 18,000 square feet part refurbishment, part new-build private school.

This project was completed in September 2008, in time for the first intake of new pupils.

A comprehensive refurbishment of the entire (1970s) building included a high specification CatA refurbishment to two floors, and a complete shell and core strip-out to ground and basement floors.

The work, carried out while the building was occupied, also included a complete external refurbishment of windows, façade and shop front. The result is an impressive building that won an award by the Richmond Society for its beneficial contribution to the area.

CityAxis have designed, managed and constructed this state of the art 4,000 sq ft Control and Operations Centre based in Holborn.

CityAxis were responsible for the design, management and construction of a prestigious 12,000 sq ft American Banking Headquarters in Berkeley Square.

This high quality CatA/CatB majoring on sustainable building materials on the top floor of Lansdowne House was completed on site in 11 weeks with extensive high quality joinery and finishes.

The project also involved the move management of its 45 staff.
